Calculator privacy

I have started a calculator app on my mobile phone. Just after the application started, it showed me a popup about "Privacy Policy". The "Privacy Policy" option redirects to https://policies.google.com/privacy/ website.

Google is claiming, they are collect information to offer better services for the users. They collect all the content I create, send and receive from others while using those services.

Other data they collect includes what browser and on what devices google services are used including wether or not I use adaptive screen brightness, my IP addresses, mobile service provider data, search phrases, calls, GPS locations, and all wifi and bluetooth devices around me.

I know and accept it using an Android phone with other Google services. I have disabled anything I could to minimise the amount of data they are collecting about me. I am using Google Suite only at work (no other option) and only if I have to. I use my personal Google account to manage my kids's phones via Family Link or to purchase apps I use on my phone.

I have read whole Privacy Policy page. I have understood everything, I think. But I do not found any information why the heck they need to collect information on how I use the calculator. And I don't want to know.

I have replaced stock calculator with Simple Calculator from Simple Mobile Tools, but not only. I have also replaced stock Clock, Keyboard and Dialer with their tools.

I Hope this will somehow improve my privacy concerns.
